Join our mailing list and be informed every time a new property VTour becomes available for you to link to. You may already have the property on your books in which case you now have access to a VTour of it - FREE!

Your safety - when you join our list.

Our mailing list uses "double opt in" and "confirmation of opt in" features.

1). This means when you click to subscribe you have opted for the first time to join our news letter receipt list.

2). You are then taken to a new window where you will confirm your opt in choice a second time.

3). You will then receive an email addressed to the account you nominated to receive the newsletter with two further choices within it.

The first choice will be to confirm your desire to be added to the list and the second choice will be to deny your addition to the list.

4). When you receive your email asking for your ultimate choice, if you do not make a selection you will not be added to the list - your application will be held in a "Pending" list. When you decide which way you are going - you are either added to the list or deleted completely according to your selection.

To opt out.

Opting out is very simple for those in our list. You only need click on the link to opt out within any news letter. The opt out process is simpler than the opt in as it only requires your intervention once. You can of course also send an email in asking for removal and we will respond with the removal and if you request it - a confirmation email to ensure you know you have been satisfactorily removed.

Third party submission to the list - or someone being malicious and adding you.

If you are entered into the list by someone else you need not worry. The first thing that will happen is you will receive an email explaining that we have received a request from you to join the list. If you did not make the request and or don't want to join all you have to do is click on the deny link and you will be removed completely from the system. You can of course opt to stay and be included if you know you have been added by someone you know and were expecting to be added.

Our list - is our list.

We do not share our list, rent it or sell it to be used by anyone. It is for the sole use of this web site domain organisation. We may in time introduce materials we feel you would be pleased to know about from close working partners or other organisations we deem to be responsible - however even in these arrangements our list remains totally secret with us and is not exposed to or provided to any co-operative project or commercial project we run with.
